 WKF&C Agency Inc. expands capacity for coastal risks

WKF&C Agency Inc. announced the expansion of the New England property wind facility. Target classes of business are limited to E&S lines property. Risks include habitational, restaurants, bars, taverns, churches, schools, shopping centers, industrial buildings, manufacturing buildings, office buildings and vacant property.

The carrier is rated "A" by A.M. Best and is non-admitted. Risks in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine and New Hampshire are eligible. Coastal risks are those within 1000 feet and one mile from the nearest body of salt water are acceptable. However, further discretion will be allowed for certain New England regions such as Narraganset Bay.

Coverage includes but is not limited to fire, extended coverage, allied lines, special causes of loss excluding flood and earthquake.  WKFC has binding authority up to $2 million per location. Minimum deductibles of $1,000 will apply for TIV up to $1Million and  $2,500 for TIV greater than $1 million. Wind deductibles are one percent to two percent as defined by certain areas and regions.
