CPCU annual convention

For the first time, CPCU will open its conference registration to non-society members.
Former Denver Mayor Wellington Webb and current state Insurance Commissioner Marcy Morrison will be speaking at different sessions on Aug. 31. Other speakers include mountaineer and survivalist Aron Ralston and retired Army Lt. General Russel L. Honore.
A charity golf tournament will be held at the Fox Hollow Golf Course in Lakewood on Aug. 28. Organizers are in the process of planning a “Denver Discovery Walk” in the downtown area around the Sheraton Denver, which would also take place on Aug. 28.
